EGSMTPC Return Policy

A. If you order the mini PC from our Amazon store.

Usually you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you placed the order. In the big holiday season like Christmas time), Amazon usually extends the return window to 2-3 months.

B. If you order the mini PC from our Facebook store or from our sales person.

Few important things:

1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. Only items that have been purchased directly from EGSMTPC, either online or at a live presentation, can be returned to EGSMTPC. EGSMTPC products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

3. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

A.If you order the mini PC from our Amazon store.

Login in your Amazon account, go to Order page, find EGSMTPC mini PC order by searching the product name or the brand. You will see EGSMTPC product’s picture on the left of the page. Look at the right, you will be able to find “Return or Replace this item”, click it, follow the directions to start the return process.

B.If you order the mini PC from our Facebook store or from our sales person.

Contact our Sales team to get an RMA FORM with an RMA Number. Return the item(s) to the returning address our sales person provides. Tell us the tracking number and the carrier provider name of your returned item.

Refunds

A.If you order the mini PC from our Amazon store.

Amazon will refund your payment in about 3 business days once they detect your returned package tracking information online.

B.If you order the mini PC from our Facebook store or from our sales person.

After we receive the returned item, our technician will run a test on the item to verify the problem and write a testing report as a regular return procedure, please allow us to take few business days to get this done. Your money will be refunded by the method according to the agreement you and us made before returning or after.

Exchange an item

A.If you order the mini PC from our Amazon store.

You will need return your current mini PC, get your money back, then place the order on the same item. We recommend you return the mini PC with all the cords, other accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

B.If you order the mini PC from our Facebook store or from our sales person.

You will need return your current mini PC first, you may keep the accessories from the first item to save the shipping cost. After we receive the item, we will arrange the replacement.
