What's the delivery time for my Mini PC(s) order?

1-20 Sets: Within 3 business days.

20-100 Sets: Within 5 business days.

100-500 Sets: Within 10 business days. 

500-1000 Sets: Within 10-20 business days.

Please pay attention to the two words "business days". As our factory locates in China, if we don't have enough stock in the United States, we will have to ship your order from China, thus the Chinese holidays are excluded from the business days. Good news is, if we arrange shipments from China, American holidays will not affect the delivery time.

Factors that affect your order's delivery time:

1. CPU stock.

2. RAM Stock.

(If you order the barebone system, delivery time will not be affected.)

3. Hard disk or SSD stock. 

(If you order the barebone system, delivery time will not be affected.)

4. Wi-Fi module stock. 

(If you order the PC without WIFI, delivery time will not be affected.)

5. PC Cases supply.

(PC cases are usually in abundant supply except sometimes they are not, then we will ask you to consider another color/different PC cases.)

6. Other accessories' supply.

For example, external Bluetooth module, IR remote controller, 3G/4G Module and Mounting kits etc.

(If you order the PC without  any of above accessories, delivery time will not be affected.)

7. International Shipping Companies' policies and if they are busy.

(If we have the PC stock in the United States, delivery time will not be affected.)
