EGSMTPC Group Construction Activities in November

In order to create a more team building and cohesive team, we decided to have a meaningful team building activity under the organization of everyone.

In the two days from November 8th to November 9th, the EGLOBAL team set out to the seaside together and started a two-day activity.

First of all, we arrived at the villa, which is a beautiful house, white style, clean and tidy.

There is also a quite nice courtyard behind.

It was a little rainy when I first went there. Some of us were playing Poker cards and some were playing mahjong. After a little rectification, we went to lunch. It was a seafood feast.

In the afternoon, due to the cloudy weather, some people decided to go to the seaside for a walk to see the seascape, while others chose to play poker and mahjong in their houses.

The sea view at the end of the arena is very beautiful. Walking along the beach can relax your mind and make you feel better.

Others choose to play indoors for fear of rain.

These people choose to play Poker cards and mahjong indoors to relax themselves. Relieve your own pressure. It is really a good way of entertainment.

The pleasant afternoon time went quickly, and soon it was evening. In the evening, everyone came to the courtyard to prepare for the barbecue. Some people string together, some people barbecue, some people prepare materials, some people cut food materials, some people are responsible for fanning the stove to make the charcoal fire burn quickly. Others cooked hot pot indoors, and everyone in the whole team was responsible for certain affairs, so they started to work directly.

After dinner, everyone sang together.

Next is the most anticipated expansion activity. We drove to the club together.

There are many interesting activities to experience here. At last, we chose three amusement projects: go kart, live CS and secret room escape.

Kart is a project that everyone is looking forward to. It is characterized by speed and stimulation, rubber smell of friction, strong accelerator pedal and drift caused by braking. These deeply stimulate our kidney hormones, making us feel very funny.

Next, we experience the Cosplay of Counter Strike. Everyone takes a gun, and the inside of the gun is filled with water bombs. This way, while fully maintaining the fun, it will not harm the body.

In this way, we were divided into two teams, and each team discussed their own tactical measures. In the first round, in order to make everyone better adapt to the combat environment and map, we played adaptively.

The second game is the real game. The leaders of the two teams are selected respectively. The leaders need to wear helmets. The top of the helmets is hit by bullets three times in a row, which will trigger smoke. Smoke will cause the team to lose.

Then the leaders of the two teams led the team members to their own assembly site. The leaders assigned tactics to the team members, assigned the team members to contain the enemy, selected the commandos who were responsible for killing the leader of the other side, and took charge of protecting the defenders of their own leaders.

When the whistle sounded at the beginning of the game, the players on both sides began to charge, hiding behind the bunkers to find opportunities. Some people even chose to crawl forward. The brave people even started to charge.

As a member of the commando team, I was responsible for the charge. I bravely climbed over the bunker and dodged the bullets of the opposite defense personnel. After finding a breakthrough, I directly charged, crossed the other defense personnel, entered the other party's home, shot the other party's leader on top of his head, smoked the other party's leader's helmet, and declared victory.

The last entertainment facility is Secret Room Escape. None of us has ever played this project. We only know that once we enter the room, we will be trapped in a room. We need to solve the corresponding puzzle in the room to trigger the mechanism to leave the room, and then continue to decrypt until the final clearance. This is an unusual test of a team's thinking ability. In a tense, fearful, dark and gloomy environment, we rely on clues to break the mechanism and solve the puzzle.

How to say, under the leadership of several leaders, although we had a lot of fright, we finally broke out without danger.

Happy time is always short. After the escape from the secret room, the happy two-day team building activity also came to an end. These two days' activities have made EGLOBAL team more cohesive.
