Upcoming Company Events: VR Panorama and Product Video Shoot, SGS On-Site Certification

A Snapshot of Our Exciting Week Ahead

Introduction:

Dear colleagues,

We are excited to announce two significant events that will take place next week, showcasing our company's commitment to innovation and quality. On November 18th and 19th, we will be hosting a VR panorama and product video shoot, followed by an on-site certification by SGS. These events are crucial for our brand's visibility and credibility, and we need your full cooperation to ensure everything goes smoothly.

VR Panorama and Product Video Shoot:

On November 18th, starting at 9:30 AM, our Shenzhen office will be the first stop for a professional photography team. They will arrive at approximately 11:00 AM at our Dongguan Humen factory to provide panoramic shooting services. The primary focus of the shoot will be on capturing the essence of our workspace and products in the form of 6 VR panoramas and 3 product videos (each 45 seconds long, including voiceover). Here are the specific locations for the shoot:

1. Shenzhen Office Exterior 360° Panorama;

2. Shenzhen Reception and Office 360° Panorama;

3. Shenzhen Sample Room 360° Panorama;

4. Shenzhen Product Videos for 3 Products;

5. Dongguan Reception and Office Area;

6. Dongguan Workshop Panorama;

7. Dongguan Testing Area Panorama.

Preparations for the Shoot:

To present our best image, we kindly ask all team members to wear their work attire and ensure the workplace is tidy. Please pay special attention to the following:

• Keep passageways clear of goods to ensure smooth movement.

• If there are lines on the ground, please arrange items according to the marked positions, avoiding any overlap or crossing of lines.

Coordination and Responsibilities:

• In Shenzhen, Lina will be the point of contact to assist with the shoot.

• All required documents will be managed by Liu Xin.

• At the Dongguan factory, Factory Manager Zhou Zhijian will be in charge.

SGS On-Site Certification:

Following the shoot, on November 19th, we will welcome SGS for an on-site certification starting at approximately 9:30 AM at the Shenzhen office and 11:00 AM at the Dongguan factory. This certification is an important step in demonstrating our commitment to quality standards and will enhance our reputation in the industry.
